Step 2: The dashboard data
Service Issues
Open this spreadsheet
Make a copy of the spreadsheet (File -> Make a copy)
Rename the new spreadsheet to "Service Issues"
Star the new spreadsheet
In the new spreadsheet, click on Extensions -> Visata for Rent Manager -> Open sidebar (not seeing this option?)
Create a new query
Name: "Service Manager Query"
Entity: Service Manager Issues
Sheet: Service Manager Data
Headers: Show table names
Refresh: Daily, 2 AM to 3 AM
Columns:
Open the Service Manager Data sheet and notice the orange columns. Now add exactly the same columns in the sidebar.
Don't miss the last three columns! (Click Add a column, look for Service Manager Issue Linked Properties, and choose the three columns)
Add a filter to the column called "Create Date" to be Greater than or equal to cell A2 from the "Parameters" sheet (see below)
Click Save
Click Run query
Save as data sources
Open this link
Click the copy button:
Click Copy Data Source
Close the tab with the template data source you copied
Click STARRED
Choose the spreadsheet we just created ("Service Issues")
Choose the "Issues" worksheet
Leave the options as is
Click Reconnect
Click Apply
In the top left corner, rename the data source from "Copy of Service Issues [TEMPLATE]" to "Service Issues"
Open this link
Click the copy button
Click Copy Data Source
Close the tab with the template data source you copied
Click STARRED
Choose the spreadsheet we just created ("Service Issues")
Choose the "Linkings" worksheet
Leave the options as is
Click Reconnect
Click Apply
In the top left corner, rename the data source from "Copy of Property ~> Issue Linkings [TEMPLATE]" to "Property ~> Issue Linkings"
