Dashboard Setup

 Welcome! This 3-step module will walk you through each step of setting up a dashboard using one of Visata's dashboard templates.

Our dashboard templates are built on Looker Studio, a completely free dashboard/analytics platform from Google. If you are not familiar with Looker Studio, feel free to check it out and explore a little before beginning this module.

Google Workspace users: We recommend (not required) creating a user account/email just for automations and reporting so that multiple users can be given the login and manage the dashboards in the future (i.e. reporting@companydomain.com or portal@companydomain.com).

Microsoft Teams users: Make sure that you are logged into a company Gmail account, not your personal Gmail account before continuing.

IMPORTANT NOTE: as you follow these instructions, please make sure to complete each step and not miss anything so you avoid running into any issues.
