Step 2: The dashboard data
Prospect Pipeline
Open this spreadsheet
Make a copy of the spreadsheet (File -> Make a copy)
Rename the new spreadsheet to "Prospect Pipeline"
Star the new spreadsheet (you can close the template spreadsheet you made a copy of)
In the new spreadsheet, click on Extensions -> Visata for Rent Manager -> Open sidebar (not seeing this option?)
Create a new query
Name: "Prospects"
Entity: Prospects
Sheet: Prospects
Headers: Default
Refresh: Daily, 2 AM to 3 AM
Columns:
Open the Prospects sheet and notice the orange columns. Now add exactly the same columns in the sidebar (ignore the blue columns).
Click Save
Click Run query
Exit out of the saved query by clicking the back button
Create a new query
Name: "Prospect system history notes"
Entity: History System Notes
Sheet: Status History
Headers: Default
Refresh: Daily, 2 AM to 3 AM
Columns:
Open the Status History sheet and notice the orange columns. Now add exactly the same columns in the sidebar (ignore the blue columns).
Add a filter to Parent Type to be equal to "Tenant"
Add a filter to the Note column to contain "Changed prospect status to ". It should look like this:
Click Save
Click Run query
Create a third query
Name: "Leases"
Entity: Lease Renewals (not "Leases", "Lease Renewals"!)
Sheet: Leases
Headers: Default
Refresh: Daily, 2 AM to 3 AM
Columns:
Open the Leases sheet and notice the orange columns. Now add exactly the same columns in the sidebar.
Click Save
Click Run query
Create a fourth query (last one!)
Name: "Stages"
Entity: Prospect Stages
Sheet: Stages
Headers: Default
Refresh: Daily, 2 AM to 3 AM
Columns:
Open the Stages sheet and notice the orange columns. Now add exactly the same columns in the sidebar.
Click Save
Click Run query
Save as data sources
Open this link
Click the copy button:
Click Copy Data Source
Close the tab with the template data source you copied
Click STARRED
Choose the spreadsheet we just created (Prospect Pipeline)
Choose the Prospects worksheet
Leave the options as is
Click Reconnect
Click Apply
In the top left corner, rename the data source to take out "Copy of [TEMPLATE] "
Open this link (second data source template)
Click the copy button
Click Copy Data Source
Close the tab with the template data source you copied
Click STARRED
Choose the spreadsheet we just created (Prospect Pipeline)
Choose the Events worksheet
Leave the options as is
Click Reconnect
Click Apply
In the top left corner, rename the data source to take out "Copy of [TEMPLATE] "
Open this link (third data source template)
Click the copy button
Click Copy Data Source
Close the tab with the template data source you copied
Click STARRED
Choose the spreadsheet we just created (Prospect Pipeline)
Choose the Filtered Stage Combinations worksheet
Leave the options as is
Click Reconnect
Click Apply
In the top left corner, rename the data source to take out "Copy of [TEMPLATE] "
